01How does the free 3-month trial work?
Sign up with no credit card. You get full access to the Free tier for 3 months. After 3 months, your account auto-converts to the $29/mo Creator plan unless you cancel. We email you 14, 7, and 1 day before so it's never a surprise. Cancel from settings anytime.
02What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing saves you 20%. The annual price you see is the effective monthly cost when paid yearly. You're charged the full annual amount upfront and can cancel at the end of the period. Monthly billing is the same price, billed monthly.
03What's a brand workspace and why does it matter?
A brand is a fully isolated environment with its own social accounts, content library, brand voice settings, team members, approval flow, and analytics. Adding a second brand keeps client A's content completely separate from client B. Like Slack workspaces or Notion workspaces, but for social.
04Can I add more brands to a plan?
Yes. Brand tier ($59) is fixed at 1 brand. Agency tier ($149) includes 5 brands, additional brands are $25/mo each. Scale tier ($349) includes 15 brands, additional brands are $20/mo each. Enterprise has unlimited brands by default.
05Are users included or charged per seat?
We do not charge per seat at any tier. Free is 1 user, Creator is 1 user, Brand is 3 users. Agency, Scale, and Enterprise are unlimited users. Guest reviewers (clients reviewing your content) are always free at every paid tier.
06Are there any hidden add-ons?
No. Analytics, inbox, video review, AI scripting, content library, and approvals are all included in the tier they appear in. The only paid add-ons are extra brand workspaces (Agency and Scale tiers) — fully transparent at $25 or $20 a month each.
07What if I need a feature that's only on a higher plan?
Upgrade is one click and prorated to the day. Downgrade also works but kicks in at the end of your current billing period. Email hello@halcyonagency.com.au if you need help.
08Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Within the first 30 days of your first paid month, email us and we'll refund you in full. After that, we don't refund partial months but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
09Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes. Verified non-profits and educational institutions get 30% off any plan. Email hello@halcyonagency.com.au with proof of status and we'll set it up.
